Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting or conferring any rights by license or otherwise in any Confidential Information.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes relating to it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Acknowledgment of Terms

By continuing to access or use our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
